A Night on Seeking Refuge

Orlando, FL.  April 3, 2018
5:30 PM – 8:30 PM EDT

Who are refugees? Where are they coming from?

What is the responsibility of the local church? And does the Bible have anything to say about this?

Join us for a one-night dinner event presented by World Relief and hosted by Northland and Summit Church. Keynote speakers include Maggie Konstanski, Director of Programs in the Middle East at World Relief and Scott Arbeiter, President of World Relief. They will be speaking from their rich experiences in the Middle East and from the perspective as employees of one of the nine licensed refugee resettlement agencies in the United States.

Tulsa Immigration Summit Conference

 Tulsa, March 27th

Mission on Our Doorsteps is an opportunity for church leaders and Christian thinkers to engage directly with the topic of human migration around the world and how it intersects with our Christian faith. Participants will hear from the author of Seeking Refuge, Matthew Soerens, who has concerned himself for many years with this intersection and how it affects the local church. He serves as the National Coordinator for the Evangelical Immigration Table, and as such, has had the opportunity to mobilize pastors, leaders and students across the nation.

We are delighted to have him lead us in this event as we engage communally on this pressing topic
