Central Mexico Earthquake Recovery
On September 17, 2017, a magnitude 7.1 earthquake struck Central Mexico. Within 24 hours, the death toll had reached over 200, with more than 1800 people reported injured. The earthquake’s impact has been devastating to the people of Mexico, who are now in need of support and resources to restore their communities.

Less than two weeks after after an earthquake hit southern Mexico, one struck the center the country. Hundreds have lost their lives and even more are in the midst of a long recovery period.
World Relief is committed to providing immediate and ongoing assistance to victims of these earthquakes, and working with church partners in Mexico who are already responding.
